TECNALIA Hosts 4th HERMES General Assembly Meeting 05.08.2026

The fourth General Assembly of the HERMES Project was successfully held on 21 July 2026 in San Sebastián, Spain, hosted by TECNALIA Research & Innovation.
Bringing together all consortium partners, the meeting provided an important opportunity to review project progress, exchange technical insights, and align on the next phases of the project. As HERMES continues to advance innovative hydrogen separation solutions based on cutting-edge membrane technologies, the General Assembly reinforced the consortium’s shared commitment to supporting a more sustainable and low-carbon Europe.
The agenda featured comprehensive updates on work package and task progress, covering activities related to project management and coordination, membrane modelling and process engineering, development and optimisation of advanced membrane technologies, prototype-related activities, as well as communication, dissemination, exploitation, and stakeholder engagement efforts.
Particular emphasis was placed on technical discussions concerning membrane development, recent achievements, and upcoming research activities. Partners also reviewed key milestones and deliverables, ensuring alignment on next-phase activities and timelines for the successful implementation of the project.
The meeting facilitated productive exchanges among consortium members, strengthening collaboration across the partnership and reaffirming the collective ambition to accelerate the development of innovative hydrogen membrane technologies for a sustainable energy future.
