Tuğba Onur Dalgögüsoğlu is a Senior Hydrogen and PtX Consultant and the Founder and Managing Director of HyVise a Türkiye-based advisory initiative focused on green hydrogen strategy, feasibility, regulation, safety, and training. With over 12 years of experience in the energy sector and more than 6 years dedicated specifically to hydrogen and Power-to-X (PtX) technologies, she has extensive expertise across the entire hydrogen value chain, including electrolysis, storage, hydrogen refuelling infrastructure, and industrial applications. Her expertise encompasses low-carbon hydrogen production, storage, transport, and its integration into hard-to-abate industrial sectors. Her work focuses on supporting the development of technically sound and commercially relevant hydrogen projects, with particular emphasis on industrial decarbonisation, market readiness, regulatory alignment, and stakeholder engagement. Throughout her career, Tuğba has successfully coordinated numerous hydrogen-related R&D, demonstration, and commercial-scale projects, including the development of various electrolyser technologies at TEKSİS and cryogenic/gas systems at IMTEK Cryogenics. She holds a B.Sc. in Physics Engineering from Hacettepe University, is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Sabancı University
